During rainy / snow season, it is still risky, as there might be flush floods, and heavy snow that shuts down some roads for a certain amount of time, which will cause a delay. On shared desert tours, it is definitely not a safe option. Only if your flight is due to take off from Marrakech airport at midnight at the earliest. Again, on winter season, we would not recommend scheduling your flight back home on your desert trip last day.
